✨FAVORITE PRODUCT FRIDAY✨
I haven’t made myself a super veggie loaded breakfast scramble in a while! 🍳 Something we ate on Sunday did not agree with my stomach and after that day I’ve been craving a ton of veggies! I always notice a major difference in my mood and energy levels when I load up on veggies. 🧅 Also, my digestive system is always MUCH happier! Happy gut, happy life, right?! I loaded this egg scramble with @wellshire sugar-free bacon, onion, bell pepper, brussels sprouts, cauliflower rice, and spinach. 🌱 I topped it all off with some avocado and a dollop of the chili onion crunch from @traderjoes! 🌶
Have you tried the new @drinkspindrift lemonades and limeade? My favorite is the strawberry lemonade and Luis’s favorite is the lemon limeade! 🍋 I’m so excited because we were able to find them at my local Target this week! A new find for me this week is this @lovvelavva chocolate plant milk that’s made with a few simple ingredients! 🍫 It is basically a chocolate pili nut milk and it doesn’t have any added sugar. Dates are used to sweeten the chocolate milk just a bit! Not much produce this week because we were not very great at getting in our veggies last week. 🙃 Still have lots of produce left to use up this week! We’ve been loving the @eatbanza mac & cheese, so we decided to get their penne to try! I’ll be mixing the penne with my favorite @seggianofoods dairy-free pesto. 🌱 If you missed the grocery haul I posted over the weekend on IG stories, swipe through to check out the rest of the goods we got! 😊
✨FAVORITE PRODUCT FRIDAY✨
Anyone else out there who hadn’t had a bagel breakfast sandwich in forever, then had one and got hooked? Because same. 🙋🏽‍♀️ Recently we had some bagel breakfast sandwiches from a local bagel & deli place and immediately became obsessed. 😆 I decided to get some organic @daveskillerbread plain bagels from the grocery store this week to make bagel breakfast sandwiches at home and honestly 100/10 recommend! 🙌🏽 These bagels aren’t gluten-free, but you can totally use your favorite gluten-free or paleo bagels instead! 😊 I filled this bagel breakfast sandwich with some @wellshire sugar-free bacon, a @vitalfarms egg, a slice of organic cheddar cheese, and a generous smear of @fourthandheart ghee on the bagel! 🤤
It was an easy mac & cheese for lunch kind of day today! 🧀 Almost every time I make mac & cheese for us, I like to throw in some broccoli florets and let it boil with the pasta! It’s a super duper easy way to add in a veggie to the meal. 🥦 Last week we tried out @eatbanza elbow mac & cheese for the first time and we really liked it, so I bought some more for this week! We went for the shells this time! I love that there’s 16 grams of protein in each serving, plus 5 grams of fiber. It’s not paleo because it’s made with chickpeas, but it is gluten-free! 😊 I subbed in @malkorganics cashew milk for the milk and added in about 1 tbsp of @fourthandheart ghee when making the cheese sauce. I also added in some shredded chicken to it. Seriously SO filling and super tasty! 🤤
✨GROCERY HAUL✨
Another day, another oat bowl! 🤤 We are currently STILL on a gluten-free oatmeal kick! The options seriously are endless when putting one together. This is blueberry cinnamon oatmeal and it’s filled with lots of goods and healthy fats! ☺️
Last week I made myself this exact tuna wrap and now I’ve made it a part of my easy lunch/dinner list! I know it’s not actually wrapped like a normal wrap, but I’m still calling it a wrap. 😏 I warmed up a @sietefoods burrito size tortilla, just to make it easier to work with, and filled it with all the goods! I mashed some avocado with a little sea salt and added it to half of the tortilla, then added on some baby spinach and tuna salad! 🥑 For the tuna salad, I mixed together @wildplanetfoods tuna, @primalkitchenfoods mayo, Himalayan salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. I served it with some baby carrots and the new Siete fuego potato chips on the side. 🤤 So easy and delish! ✨
