Happy Saturday! 💗 New weekly workouts post is up on the blog!🌟The workouts are going to start looking a little different! I’m going to start incorporating workouts using exercise equipment along with the circuit workouts. I’ll be posting circuit workouts every Monday and Thursday and exercise equipment/free weight workouts every Tuesday and Thursday. 💪🏽 If you are unsure about how to use any exercise equipment or exercise machine, please ask a personal trainer at the gym or fitness professional! Also, I plan on recording some fitness related videos and I need your help on what you’d like to see! Head over to my IG stories to answer the question I have for you all before it’s gone! *FAVORITE PRODUCT FRIDAY* Ya’ll know that I love Fourth and Heart ghee and have been buying their ghee for years! 🙌🏽 They are the first brand of ghee I had ever tried and I just stuck with it. One time I was shopping at @naturalgrocers and needed some original ghee, but they were out of Fourth and Heart ghee. I came across this @iloveghee traditional ghee and decided to try it out. I had never seen it before in the store, but I was pretty excited because I noticed that their ghee is organic! ✨ This company truly believes that food is medicine. Do you know where they first started selling their small batch, grass-fed ghee? At their Ayurvedic clinic and pharmacy! They sold it as a way to heal and nourish their clients, but eventually wanted to share their ghee with more people. 💕 If you don’t know how to use ghee, you can use it to fry up some eggs, roast veggies, sautée veggies, sear meat, in bulletproof coffee. The options are endless! If you come across this Ahara ghee, I highly recommend you give it a try. If you want to learn more about this company, make sure to check out their website! 🌟

New post is up on the blog! 🌟 Today, I’m sharing some on the go Whole30 compliant snack ideas! There are plenty more Whole30 compliant snacks out there, but these are emergency snacks that I personally purchase or have purchased before. I like purchasing a few of these to have on hand during my Whole30 just in case I’m ever in a situation where I don’t have access to compliant food. Whenever I do need to bust out an emergency snack, I will always still eat a complete meal whenever I have access to compliant food again. 🥘 If you are completing a Whole30 or are getting ready to complete one, I highly recommend having emergency snacks on hand just in case! Happy Wednesday! 💗 This weekend I made some super yummy chicken wings and I keep on dreaming about them. ✨ They were so delicious! The real OG baked chicken wing expert is my momma. She’s been making these baked chicken wings for the longest time and they’re my favorite! Of course, I had to steal her recipe because I couldn’t move to SA without having her chicken wings on a weekly basis! Love her so much. 🥰 Also, I’ve been using @paleopowder on all the things, like these chicken wings! I usually like to put my own seasonings on my food, but this makes it much more convenient because it’s already all mixed together with some himalayan salt. 🙌🏽 To make the wings, all I did was preheat the oven to 450, seasoned the wings with Paleo Powder, and placed the wings skin side down on a lined and lightly oiled sheet pan. I baked them for 20 minutes, removed them, flipped them over (skin side up), and put them back in the oven for 25 more minutes. That’s it! 🌟 Even though they’re baked, the skin gets really crispy! I paired these wings with some fresh cut carrot sticks and @primalkitchenfoods ranch dressing. 🥕 SO GOOD!

New recipe is up on the blog! 🌟 Today, I’m sharing my cilantro lime cauliflower rice recipe! It’s both paleo and whole30 compliant. It’s seriously so full of flavor and so easy to put together! This side dish is perfect for meal prep to have on hand throughout the week. You can use it to make homemade Chipotle bowls, put it in your veggie and egg scramble, or in a frittata. 🍳 The options are endless! Every time I’m going to make homemade Chipotle bowls, I make sure to whip up a batch of this cauliflower rice to have with my bowl. I use frozen cauliflower rice, but you can use fresh or frozen. Frozen cauliflower rice just makes it come together quicker! You literally only need 7 ingredients, and that’s including the avocado oil, Himalayan salt, and black pepper, which is usually already on hand! Happy Monday! 💗 Ya’ll, it’s getting pretty chilly again here in SA! 🌬 I’m going to be honest, I’m not the biggest fan of chilly weather! I really don’t like being cold all the time. I also don’t like being really hot all the time. I’m like an in-between chilly and sunny weather kinda gal! Any of you the same way? It’s always somewhat of a struggle to get my butt to the gym when the weather is chilly, but I did it! All I used for this workout was a pair of 15 lb. dumbbells and a mat. Also, yay for light in my video this time! They usually have the light really dim around this time because there are no classes going on, but not today! 🙌🏽 Remember, you can always bookmark this workout to save for later! If you do end up doing this workout, don’t forget to tag me and use the hashtag #bwkfitness! 💪🏽 . 10 minute cardio warm-up . 4 rounds of: 15 DB thrusters 10 corkscrew + hip thrust 15 leg raise + bench press 30 high knees (right & left = 1 rep) 15 bird dogs (each side) 12 side plank thrusts (each side) . 10 minute cool-down/stretch

*GROCERY HAUL* Happy Sunday! 🌟 I am so excited because I found some new goodies at @sprouts! They have lots of @thenewprimal sauces to choose from, all Whole30 approved! 🙌🏽 I bought the citrus herb one and I can’t wait to try it out this week! I also found new @primalkitchenfoods sauces, all Whole30 approved too! We are eating steak this week, so of course I bought the steak sauce to try out.😋 The last goodie I found was the @paleopowder spices, also Whole30 approved! I saw @becomingashley post a picture of the pink paleo powder and I decided to purchase it to try it. I made some hash browns this morning, using the @cascadianfarm root vegetable hash brown mix, and sprinkled the seasoning on top. So good! 🤤 So many awesome Whole30 finds! 🙉 I bought a couple of non Whole30 items for my boyfriend since he isn’t doing the Whole30. Everything else I bought is just stuff I needed to restock on or just my usual weekly purchases! 👍🏽 Also, I’m making baked chicken wings today and I can’t wait! 🤩

New post is up on the blog! 🌟 Welcome back to week three of weekly workouts! This week, I took an extra rest day because it’s what my body wanted. I just wasn’t feeling it that day and that’s okay! I used to be someone who didn’t listen to my body and would force myself to get up and go workout just because I had certain days scheduled for it. When I did that, my workouts were just sluggish and I wouldn’t do my best. Whenever I listen to my body, I know I’ll be back to 100% for my next workout! This week, I wanted to incorporate a glider disc workout because I had never really worked with them. I am obsessed! 🙌🏽 It’s pretty low impact, but really challenges your core and gets your heart rate going! You can also use two small towels in place of these gliding discs. I really hope you all are enjoying these workouts and try them out for yourself! *FAVORITE PRODUCT FRIDAY* Favorite product Friday is back! ✨ This almond butter is my jam! I get this gigantic tub of organic almond butter at @costco for like $12. For the size of this tub, it’s an awesome price! 🙌🏽 I love a good deal, so Costco is the place to go when you want to buy stuff in bulk while getting an awesome deal! I like to eat almond butter with apples. Seriously, you can’t go wrong with that combo! Also, have you ever sprinkled pumpkin pie spice on your apples to eat with almond butter? DO IT! It’s so good. 🤤 I also use almond butter as my base for lots of baked goods and no-bake treats. I especially love using them as my base for cookies!
