You can never go wrong with some paleo tacos for brunch! 🤤 I sautéed some diced onion and bell pepper with @wellshire turkey, scrambled four eggs, added in spinach and mixed everything all together. 🍳 I seasoned everything with some oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and Himalayan salt. I heated up some @sietefoods cashew flour tortillas, piled them high with the scramble mixture, added some sliced avocado, and topped everything off with @yellowbirdsauce serrano sauce! 🌮 Definitely devoured these tacos in 2 seconds time! 🙌🏽
This past weekend my boyfriend and I traveled over to Austin to attend my cousin’s wedding with my family, which was absolutely beautiful! 💕 While in Austin, I came across a place called @juiceland, looked at their menu online, and knew I had to give it a try! On Saturday and Sunday morning, we decided to grab some I Dream of Greenie smoothies from JuiceLand and it was DELICIOUS! 🤤 It is loaded with all kinds of nutrients and, since it was our breakfast for both days, I decided to add in some hemp protein to make it more of a meal. I also grabbed a Tigerlilly green juice, which I took with me to work today and really enjoyed it! We really need a JuiceLand here in San Antonio, TX! 😭
Y’all, my boyfriend whipped up this awesome paleo taco spread for dinner yesterday! 🌮 He’s the best! ❤️ He used @sietefoods cashew flour tortillas, cooked up some ground beef with cilantro and onion, and topped everything off with some @yellowbirdsauce serrano and habanero sauce, avocado, and more chopped cilantro. DELISH! 🤤 What are your favorite taco toppings?! 👇🏽
This weekend I made some honey simple syrup to sweeten up some lemonade that I made and it was so easy to make! 🍯 Yes I know it’s fall but it’s still pretty hot here in San Antonio, TX and lemonade sounded refreshing! 🍋 It was AMAZING! 🤤 You can use the leftover simple syrup to sweetened up some tea, coffee, or you can just make yourself some more lemonade because why not?! Don’t forget to bookmark this post to save for later! 💫 • Honey Simple Syrup: - 1 cup honey - 1 cup water Heat ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Once honey has dissolved, move over to the side and let simple syrup cool off. • Lemonade: - 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice - 5 cups filtered water - Honey simple syrup, add to taste Add all ingredients to a pitcher or large mason jar, stir it up, and enjoy! 💕
OMG. 🤤 My boyfriend grilled up some bone-in ribeye steaks yesterday and they came out DELICIOUS! I kept the seasoning pretty simple. I used some Himalayan salt, black pepper, and some Kirkland’s organic no-salt seasoning that I bought at Costco a while back. 🥩 For my side, I roasted up some butternut squash zig zags at 425 for 15 minutes. I seasoned them with just some Himalayan salt, black pepper, and @nomnompaleo magic mushroom powder. Oh and yes, I did eat the entire thing. So good!! 😋
Guess what? I finally got my hands on the @baseculture 7 nut & seed paleo bread! 🙌🏽 I had seen a bunch of people finding it at their local Whole Foods. When I was ordering my groceries during the weekend, I saw that they had the Base Culture bread and had to take a loaf home with me! 🍞 If you’ve had the bread from Longhorn Steakhouse before, it kinda tastes like the bread they serve you when they seat you at your table. 😋It’s made with super simple ingredients and really fills me up. I used to eat PB & J sandwiches all the time and hadn’t had one in so long. I made myself an AB & J sandwich using the Base Culture bread and it is so delicious! 🤤 I’ll definitely be purchasing a loaf every week. I’m dying to get my hands on so many of their other products! 🔥
Usually I’m a big waffles with maple syrup fan, but I decided to change it up this time! I made myself some savory waffles using @birchbenders paleo waffles for breakfast on Sunday. I loooove these waffles because they have no added sugar! 🙌🏽 I toasted them up, topped them with some mashed avocado, @vitalfarms eggs, @wildbrine sauerkraut, and a drizzle of @yellowbirdsauce serrano sauce. 🌶 So damn good! 🤤
This line of @yellowbirdsauce no sugar added sauces is AMAZING! 🙌🏽 I’m obsessed with them! 🌶 These are both paleo and whole30 compliant, which is a big plus. 👍🏽 I use them on EVERYTHING. Whenever we buy Chipotle, First Watch brunch, or food truck tacos, I always drizzle a nice generous amount of Yellowbird hot sauce because it takes it to another level. 🤤 If you see this at your local grocery store, I highly recommend! ✨
Look at this açaí bowl perfection! 🤤 Yesterday I found this new açaí bowl place called @riseupsatx right by where I work and it was DELICIOUS! 💕 I got the chocolate açaí bowl and it was bomb. My bf got the AB açaí bowl and he loved his also! 🙌🏽 If you live in San Antonio, TX, you gotta give Rise Up a try! Not even gonna lie, today I got us some coconut chocolate chip smoothies because can’t stop won’t stop! 😏
