Matcha Collagen Concentrate

This matcha collagen concentrate is perfect for those days when you want to whip up a matcha latte in no time! I know that making a matcha latte from scratch doesn’t take that long, but I love the convenience of already having a concentrate on hand. You only need 2 simple ingredients! I don’t count water as an ingredient, but if you do, then only 3! My favorite ceremonial matcha powder and collagen peptides are from Thrive Market and I always have extras of both on hand! To make a latte, just mix 3 tbsp of the concentrate into 10-12 ounces of your favorite milk, dairy-free or not, and enjoy!



  • 1 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 (0.7 oz) packet unsweetened matcha powder
  • 1 cup collagen peptides


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender and store in the fridge for future use!
