Weekly Workouts

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to my actual gym! I’ve been doing my workouts here at home and was loving it, but I eventually got tired of it. I started craving heavier weights and decided that this week I’d go to the gym. This was also my first week of training for my new job and so far so good! I absolutely love being surrounded by people who all believe in the same mission and who are so passionate about helping others. This is my first big girl, full-time job that’s in my field of expertise. I’m so excited and can’t wait for what’s to come! My initial plan was to get in my workout at 5 in the morning, but honestly that just wasn’t going to work out. I’m a morning person, but not that early of a morning person! Instead, my boyfriend and I decided that we’d try going at around 8 pm at least 3 days out of the week. This week we ended up only going twice, and honestly it was just because I would get home really tired! The schedule for this week was kinda weird just because I had planned on going more days out of the week, but it just didn’t work out that way. I eventually want to incorporate more workout days, but honestly this new transition from no full-time job to full-time job is a lot! I get home feeling really exhausted, but it’s because my body is just not adjusted to this new routine yet. Once I feel like my body has gotten into the swing of things, I’ll start increasing the amount of times per week that I go to the gym!
