Weekly Workouts

Welcome back and happy Saturday! My weekly workouts will start looking a little different than my previous workouts. All of my previous workouts are circuit workouts, which I love! Honestly, lifting free weights and using the exercise machines has always been my number one favorite way to workout. I stuck to circuit workouts because they are honestly just easier to record and post over on Instagram, but you all voted and want more exercise machine workouts too! Every Monday and Thursday I’ll be doing circuit workouts and every Tuesday and Friday I’ll be lifting free weights and using the exercise machines. Don’t forget that you can save these workouts right to your phone by clicking on the workout you want to keep and save it! If you end up completing any of these workouts, I want to see!
