Weekly Workouts

Welcome back to the second week of weekly workouts! Sadly, my time with my family is coming to an end. I’ll be traveling back to San Antonio tomorrow and will start my Whole30 on Monday! Even though I’ve been out of town and don’t have access to a Lifetime Fitness here in Laredo, which is the membership I have back at home, I’ve still been keeping up with my workouts. You really don’t need a gym membership to get in a great workout! When I create circuit workouts, I like to add in a mix of cardio and strength movements. These strength and cardio circuits are basically what I’ve been doing for the past two weeks here in Laredo! Expect to get those endorphins rolling and your heart rate going!
